How can i upgrade my pc ?

I like playing alot especially horror games like the evil within and outlast etc...
so i want to upgrade my pc performence maybe to buy an ssd card (i dont have one) or replacing some of my hardware,some peole told me my power supply is suck.

You should research that PSU and find out how safe it sounds. Look for people reporting catastrophic failures, or look for reviews from like johnnyguru.

Also a SSD is good for overall speed, but I'd upgrade the GPU first. A SSD will speed up disk access, but won't help speed up(more FPS) in games.

and i guess i forgot to mention that my m-board is gigabyte ga-h87-hd3 so do you think it will be fine with a new graphics card? (maybe gtx 960/970)

Yeah it will be fine. Do not buy a gtx 960 the gtx 950 that just came out is so close in performance for less money. However, I don't think it's a big enough upgrade above the 750 ti. Save your money and go with a r9 390 or gtx 970.

I usually recommend graphics card upgrades before SSD, but an SSD just makes the whole pc experience better and he didn't specifically say only gaming.

Well Huntkey PSUs are cheaper and lower in quality. But your gpu can handle most of the games, outlast can be maxed out while you can play evil within easily at high or medium. It would be a good idea to change that powersupply and get a good one like corsair.
