I have had this Pc for about 2 years now, and i'm wondering if i can "upgrade" it and what the will the cost be? I'm Not a Hardware guy But i think my computer would run much better if it had a better graphics card

Here are my specs
Operating System: Windows 10
System Manufacturer:ASUTek Computer Inc
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4150 cpu @ 3.50 GHZ, 3500 Mhz, 2 cores(S) 4 Logical processor(s)
Ram:12 GB
DirectX Verison:DirectX 12
Display
Display Graphics:Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
Display Graphics Memory?:2160 MB
Dac Type:Internal
I used Dxdiag to get all of the above information

I ran Windows Experience Index yesterday and the results came up like this
Processor: 7.5
Memory(RAM): 7.5
Desktop Graphics: 4.3
Graphics: 9.9
Primary Hard drive: 5.9

If i'm missing information, Please tell me how to get it

Oh, yes, almost any dedicated GPU would be an improvement over integrated graphics. If MB supports it an i5 processor could be an option.
That Windows Experience Index is not a measure of anything, totally worthless thing.
