How can i use 4G ram in 32-bit win7?

I have tried ready for 4G ram and it works. But, after I install and update the Lenovo system 4, I can't enter the Widows that created by ready for 4G ram. A blue screen will appear. Are there are method can use 4G ram in 32 bit win7?

Anther question is that, are there any method I can apply the upgrade version 32 bit ulimate to a full version 64 bit win 7? I have bought the upgrade version, but it only has 32 bit, I want to use the 64 bit one!

32 Bit windows cannot upgrade to 64bit windows. You need to do a fresh install.

Windows 32bit will only use 3gb ram at most as it cannot allocate the addresses needed for 4gb.
It will quite happily tell you in system properties that you have the 4gb but will not use it all.

Simply put if you want to use 4gb or more ram you're going to have to wipe your system and but a 64bit OS of some sort on there.

You can not use 4GB of RAM is 32 bit Windows Clients. It's possible on the server side. Not on the client.

The upgrade version of Windows 7 you purchased requires you to have a previously installed genuine copy of either Windows XP or Windows Vista on your machine. If you wish to move to a 64-bit operating system you will need a full version of Windows 7 and perform a "clean" or "custom" install.

The information you supplied is incorrect!
The upgrade version of Windows 7 comes with both 32 bit and 64 bit disks in the same pack, I have them here in front of me.
This is sort of misinformation users are getting from some of the support staff when phoning in.
As he already has a valid qualifying system and W7 installed all he needs is the 64 bit disk.
You DO NOT need to purchase a full version of Windows 7 to get the 64 bit disk at most buy a disk from MS for the cost of shipping and handling.

Jonmor is correct. You can't "upgrade", but you can buy and use an "upgrade kit". The reason there's confusion about this is because "upgrade" can refer to two different things:

1) Licensing - the ability to purchase an "upgrade" copy of the Windows 7 at a reduced price based on having a licensed prior version. You CAN do this for if you have ANY version of Windows since Windows 2000 as long as it's a comparable edition (ie, "Home Premium to Home Premium"). The new license is valid even if you install the 64-bit version of Windows 7 and your previous version was 32-bit.

2) Installation - the ability to install the Windows 7 on top of your existing system while keeping all of your current accounts and installed software intact. With Windows 7 you can only do this if the previous system was Vista and only if it's a 32-bit to 32-bit upgrade or a 64-bit to 64-bit upgrade. All other combinations require you that you migrate your accounts and reinstall your software after installing Windows 7.
