How can I use speakers and mic on Samsung SyncMaster 570S?

Since I have pretty low end PC I also had a CRT monitor (bruh...), now I got Samsung SyncMaster 570S? and it has integrated speakers and mic...
I can see that it has some headphone and mic ports on side but it also has audio (in) and mic (out) ports on back side so I wonder how can I use those speakers and mic?

Plug in the audio from your computer to the monitor, and the mic out to your computer mic jack.
