how can i write the at sign on my asus c202 chrome

cant write the at button. its on the same button as 2 and " which i can write but not the at....

Holding down shift while hitting the number 2 doesn't work?

No when I hold down shift w/ the 2 button I get the symbol ". So know what I can't write out my email address! Please help me!

I FOUND THE @ SYMBOL..... ASUS keyboard is messed up..... I may have to return it. No way my mom (who it was purchased for will ever figure it out. The @ button is actually hold shift and press the { button... what do you figure I should do?
