How can install a konami update to ps3 from my pc?

i cant connect my ps3 to the internet so i wonder if there is any way to download a konami update to my pc and transfer to ps3 with a usb and install to it...if anyone knows pleas answer me...thank you very much

Unless konami provides an update on their site, I don't think there is any way to do that.

If you have a PC in the house that has an internet connection, just move your PS3 close enough to connect it to the internet. Otherwise, yo may need to take your PS3 to a friends house who has the internet.
