tonight, I'm searching for a VIVO video card for my friend. and by curiousty, I went to eBay.ca, and search for video cards..
I found some video cards like..
-NEW RADEON 9600 PRO 128MB TV OUT & DVI & BOX ----C $0.01
-NEW 256MB ATI RADEON 9200 8X AGP DVI TV OUT----US $1.00
-RARE* SOYO RADEON 8500LE LIMITED EDITION---US $0.99

wtf? how can those cards have such a cheap prices? can someone explain it to me??

Also, you *May* be seeing auctions with a reserve on them...

Start bidding at $0.01, set it at max days, put a reserve of xxx$ on it... and let it ride... if it doesn't hit reserve refuse to sell.

Read about it. Ive seen those things for xboxes and such and its kind of information on how to pay to be on a list so u can MAYBE get one. I checked um out... they work..but your not 100% sure youll get one. and if its less than 100%, ill pass it by.

Also, a lot of those might be starting bids. You know how an auction works, the closer it gets to the end, the faster the price climbs. I've seen things tripple in price durring the last 5 minutes of an auction. And lots of people have low starting bids, to generate more bids.
