How can my hdd goes from 1TB to 2TB

Hey I just want to ask if there are other that have try it. It's an Hdd from my old Pc, but when i build my new one i just plug this old Hdd in and hoped that it would work, it does but it started with 1TB and now it's 1.81TB and i don't know why, and some times i get blue screen, and it start to reboot.
