How can my ISP see my conversations with people on FB????

Hi my dads friend work in the ISP of my network.And one day he told my dad tht i was havin some inappropriate conversations with someone and tht he wanted my dad to see them!!HOW CAN THEY SEE MY FB!I MEAN ITS MY PERSONAL STUFF AND PRIVACY!!and is there any way to avoid them seeing??

The ISP can see everything if they want to. All traffic is recorded. This is how Courts (Grand Jury) can subpoena records from the ISP as and when necessary.

There is no privacy on the internet. At all. It doesn't matter how many steps you take to clear your history, the ISP will still know exactly what you were doing at the exact time that you did it.

I'm actually going to close this. You said your dad, and as a general rule Toms doesn't help people get around things if there is a clear reason for things. Your dad has the right to parent you in whichever way he sees fit. Don't like it? Move out. But while you are there you'll need to live with the rules in place. It sucks he has a friend in high places, but it's not our job to help you get around such things.

Unless you're using end-to-end encryption. That's what HTTPS is for. TLS is largely unbroken, except for a few bugs that should be fixed pretty frequently.

They still know that you're viewing FB and at what times, though.
