How can my wireless connect work but not my ethernet connection?

Hey guys, can anyone explain to me why my WiFi/Ethernet comes up like this when I open the Network and Sharing Center......

Cant get my Ethernet connect to work for some reason it seems. Its a lot more stable than my wifi, any help is appreciated.

I think it has something to do with this, so I disabled my WiFi card, but still no luck. I've reset the wireless router, restarted my computer, unplugged and plugged everything in...not sure whats wrong. It was working fine yesterday, but I breadboarded my MoBo to put a new CPU cooler on and since I put it back together I cannot get Ethernet network back..
