How can new Xeon 2697 v4 cost 600$ on Ebay ?

I'm little afraid of buying the CPU there but .. the statistics say they're selling CPUs every hour
probably sold more than 100
Intel Xeon E5 2697 V4 ES QH26 2.2Ghz 45MB L3 18 Core Max Turbo 2.6Ghz 145W CPU

is this some fraud or what ?
it says its used but they released v4 CPU recently,its used maximum for 3 month
consider them as new
how can it be ?

I've been watching this cpus on ebay for month and they're selling and selling
I said probably more than 100
if you will check the seller they are all from japan or china sometimes the seller is one shop or one guy
On Intells site this price is TRAY: $2702.00

They have several for sale, but will they sell them now for $600? If unsure about the seller(s), I presume that you could contact eBay and ask if they are legit or not and pay using PayPal only.

my main concerne was , whether or not they're selling real 2697 v4
or they are doing something with them ))) I dont know
no way you will sell the CPU that costs 2700 at price that is more than 4 times less

If its too good to be true .... It probably is not !
Maybe I am unlucky but I never came across a "real" great bargain!
Every one I researched turned out to be a con!
