How can shutdown of laptop happen under windows 7

Hello,it just shutdown automatically while watching film or doing other thing without any warning? i am using window 7?

It could have possibly overheated, it could have run out of battery, it could have done automatic updates... could be a lot of things. Can't tell from your explanation.
