How can this run high end games like "GTAV or Online, Far cry primal, The witcher 3, Just cause 3" (fps)?

The 1050Ti is roughly 100% faster than the 750Ti. If you turn down a couple settings you should be able to run at 1080P60 on all of those games.

If you want to run Witcher 3 at full settings, you will need at least a 6GB 1060 or an RX480.

A 1050Ti isn't a bad card. You may just need to lower a couple settings on more demanding games.
