[SOLVED] How can use general ethernet driver if official drivers aren't accessible?

Hi!

I have a little problem with an old ITX pc. It has a IPXLP-MB mobo (Dunno much else about it). I can't find drivers for it, and for my pci ethernet card to. Were different linux distros on it, everything went fine, i had lan and wifi (with dongle) without drivers needed to install, cuz all of my linux can handle it immediately. Now i installed windows 7 thin pc. (Doesn't matter why). But my problem is, it don't have the drivers i need. I would like to use some kinda general driver until windows update find the exact ones like linuxes did.
So i need internet, and realtek drivers didn't work. I need a solution for this.

an old pegatron board. I cannot find any support for pegatron so you will need to ID the devices. which ethernet chip is onboard? I cannot even find specs for the board.
if you can ID the chipset the board is based on it may lead you to the device manufacturers site for generic drivers for that.

the intel chip there is this guy

and it should be the chip you need the driver for it controls the USB and the LAN.

Thanks for answer. I get 0x80072ee7 Unspecified Error. I found nothing interesting in log file.

There are no "Generic Ethernet Drivers". Open Device Manager, go to Hardware IDs for the unrecognized adapter, and note VID and PID values, Use these to search for drives.
