How can you block images from stock photos app?

Hey, I recently (yesterday) downloaded a minecraft mod and installed it, but when I went into the photos app to review some of my photos, I saw about 50-60 game images, random words and such. I'm guessing its for the mod to work, so I can't delete them, but they are extremely annoying, so is there any way to block these pictures from *just* the stock photos app? (my phone is the Moto G w/ android 4.4.4)

I've heard of the .imagename solution but that would block it from the mod too, and any photo hider hides it from everything! Is there any solution from this?

You could delete the mod, and when you re-install the mod you could choose a destination other than your stock photos app for it to store the pictures in.

The mod is a .js file, and I use block launcher to run it, it isn't literally installed, and the stupid stock photos app (or any app I've seen) looks for pictures all over the phone, so that won't work. But thanks for the response!

Create a file called .nomedia inside the folder where it stores the images.
Also use QuickPic, it's way better than the stock gallery app.
