Hello, I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU from a core 2 Duo (65W) to a 95W Quad core and I'm not sure if my motherboard can handle it. The board is an ASUS P5N32-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard. Thanks.

You should check the Asus forums, the Q9450 and 9550 aren't "officially" supported on the P5N32-E, but do work according to several members there.

It can support 95W 65nm LGA775 quad core CPUs according to the CPU support list from the official link of the MB.
