how come my graphics and fps suddenly got so bad

since i got my PC I've never had any problems like these. The graphics and fps on my computers just suddenly droped by a large amount and games are completely unplayable.Could anyone give a solution for this

Also, wich games? how many FPS you used to get and how much now?

Maybe your CPU/GPU is overheating.

Download MSI After burner, open the monitor while gaming and post your results here (CPU Usage, CPU Temp, GPU Usage, GPU Temp).

But temperatures (in order of what you said) are:25, 24, 24, 25 and move up and down by one or two numbers

this temperature is really low, maybe in idle its ok but we need to know your temperature while gaming.
as i said, you could use MSI Afterburner to check these info.

Also you could use HWMonitor to get you pc configuration.

the highesst temp it went to was 49,50,49,49 but then went back to mid 20's and early 30's
