[SOLVED] how come ryzen 5 1600 is 8 cores 16 threads in task manager ?

i recently purchesed a ryzen 5 1600 and got this message would you want to change your cmos settings sort of but i pressed F2 which allowed me to directly boot up to desktop with default settings. please help me with that. when i looked into task manager it was showing 8 cores 16 logical processor please help

use hwinfo and see if it report stepping b2 the latest model of this cpu .
