How come this computer could run starcraft 2 ultra better than...

How come this spec

i5 3570k
gtx 650 ti 2gb
600 corsair watt
8 gb ram

could run starcraft 2 on ultra better than

i7 3770k
gtx 670 2gb
600 corsair watt
8 gb ram

I know the i5 and i7 doesn't really make a difference for gaming but the gtx 670 should blow the gtx 650ti out of the water and that still doesn't explain why the spec with the 650ti could run starcraft 2 on ultra better. Both build has the same spec with the only thing being different is the graphic card.

On cyberpower the build with the gtx 650ti 2gb runs starcraft 2 on ultra at 87 fps while the spec with the superior gtx 670 2gb only runs it at 81 fps. Both resolutions are at 1920x1200.

If anyone knows why, please let me know, thanks in advance!

if the link doesn't work, go select the gamer xtreme 2200 and switch between the gtx 650ti 2gb and the gtx 670 2gb and you'll see.

The simple explanation is that they are full of crap! Check benchmark sites that do testing for a living if you want more realistic number.
