Solution
A system restarting can be RAM instability, CPU issues, PSU issue, overheating or board problem.

What are your temperatures at idle and load for CPU and GPU?

What speed are you running your RAM right now and in what slots is the sticks?

Most of the time it's a PSU issue if it's not overheating and if it's not an overheating issue it's RAM instability and if it's not that it's CPU/Board which is rare.
