Then I don't really see an need for a discrete graphics card. Change your processor to an I5-10400 or I5-10600 (non-F) and scrap the graphics card.

Does integrated graphics slow down CPU?

Not to any great degree. You're not doing a lot of graphical work, so I would say no.
