If you need to ask this then you will destroy the tablet doing it, if you had the ability and tools to do it then you would know how to.

If the tablet has an HDMI output over usb otg or whatever you can get an adaptor.
The internal display driver might not output hdmi.
(That's why you need the lvds driver)

in both cases adaper is needed...unless you want to hookup directly tablet pcb to tv lcd panel, which is probably not what you want to do

you will also need tablet schematics to know how is wiring done on tablet (lvds output)
