[SOLVED] How Corsair AX1200 compares to today's power supplies?

Hi guys,
I can get this psu for 70€, but is it worth it?
Im going to be using it with a gtx 1070, even tough I plan to upgrade to rtx 3070 or amd similar, it will be very underused, will the psu handle that well?
And final question, how does it compare to newer power supplies, lets say a seasonic focus or a corsair rm?

It was ahead of its time when it was released.

But I would be concerned with it's age. Also with its history. Like, did someone use it for cryptocurrerncy mining? PSUs don't last forever, you know.

That was my main concern about buying an used psu, and just found out he has it since 2010, so its a no go.
Wich do you think is a better deal seasonic core gm 650 for 55€ or a corsair cs550m from 2018 for 30€ ?

If you're comparing a new PSU with a full warranty vs. a used PSU that you don't know the history of and has no warranty, I'm going to pick the new one every time regardless.

Both used, seasonic maybe from end 2019, both used in a normal gaming pc, I just cant find anything on core series

Oh, then forget it. The Corsair for sure if it's THAT cheap. One more year isn't going to change much.
