how could i add a search box almost everywhere

ill add a small picture ,what i would like is the same thing has when you open any Folder

What we all Have in all normal folder at top right to search in the folder in question and wish to add to

And where i would wish to know if it is possible to add the same search box in example these 2 places Device Manager and In Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools (Services)

No, you can't do that. If you look in those areas, there is no search function at all there, not with a right-click, not with a menu item.

To search those areas you need to use a hook into WMI and use a utility or a script to search for items there like here https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/heyscriptingguy/2006/03/20/how-can-i-get-a-list-of-installed-device-drivers/
