How could i find a 1.8ga without raising Voltage?

wanna got a 1.8ga oc 2.4, i do not want to oc with raising
the cpu voltage.Maybe the sn of the cpu is important,
where could i find proper sn?And anything else i should pay
attention to?

just about any 1.8A bought today will do 2.4 out of the box with stock cooling and voltage, usually without the temperatures rising more then a degree or two celcius.

mine went to 2.61 without more voltage or a better cooler, still runs as cool as it did at 1.8 (!), only reason i haven't gone higher is my RAM.
