I Was Wondering If There Was An Way To Install Mac OS on To An Computer With AMD Processer With Out Spending Any Money

You'd have to do a little more hacking as compared to Intel, but it is possible. There are plenty of sites and guides out there. Just do a web search for AMD hackinstosh and you'll find a few guides.

And as for spending no money, I assume you know you have to actually buy the Apple OS license. That's not free.
