This Pc is very old imo but im looking to upgrade it to handle higher end games like Modern Warfare. What could i do to try and get this pc to that point? I want to spend the least amount of money I can. The pc also has a 300w psu which 100% needs an upgrade. SPECS HERE

So just jack up the radiator cap and drive a new cpu box under it :) Or on a more serious note if you are prepared to replace the motherboard, ram, cpu and power supply as well as probably upgrade your video card. Yes.

A new GPU and PSU should breathe some life into it. An SSD would be good too. Any of these upgrades can be moved into a new build later on. Get a PSU with a bit more power than you need so you don't get caught short in a new build down the road. A good quality 650 watt model should do, with a warranty of no less than 5 years.

Here's the part list. It doesn't make a lot of sense to make people click offsite when you could actually just post the specs.
