I am about to update my Dell OptiPlex BIOS from BIOS version a17 to a21 which is the latest BIOS I think. I've done some research and found that there were several other BIOS updates between a17 and a21. When I choose just to download a21 and update, would all the the BIOS updates between a17 to a21 also update or would I have to update the BIOS one by one, a17 to a18, a18 to a19, etc...?

Solution
This is the BIOS I am about to update to (https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=v00kh ) Is it cumulative, I can't really confirm.
Under "Important Information" :

"If BIOS version A04 or earlier is currently installed on your system, you must first update to BIOS version A05 and then update to the latest BIOS. If BIOS version A05 or later and BIOS versions before A10 is currently installed on your system, you must first update to BIOS version A10 and then update to the latest BIOS."

You're updating to A22.
What version do you have now?

Since you apparently have A17, this one you linked should be good.
