How do i access my clipboard vista

Hello,
how do i access my clipboard on windows vista

Only being able to save in its' own format, I didn't have much use for it. In Vista, it's gone. Vista uses the snipping tool to capture screen shots. Click Start Orb and type in snipping tool. Cheers...Garry
