How do I access my encryption type on my Sony Blu-ray player?

I need to access it, check it, and possibly change it...but I first I need to find it. Where do I go within my Blu-ray menus to find my encryption type?

Are you trying to connect your BluRay player to Internet over WiFi?
It would be also helpful to specify the model of your player (Sony manufacture a lot of different ones)

No, I am not trying to connect my Blu-ray to the internet via WiFi. It is already connected and it says my connection is fine. I cannot access any of my apps or streaming services. I have been on the phone with my internet provider and router provider and they both told me it was most likely something to do with the encryption type on my Blu-ray...which I can't find. The model number is BDP-S3100.
