How Do I Access My Windows 7 Desktop Which Not Visible From My Windows 10 Notebook?

My Windows 10 notebook is visible from my Windows 7 desktop, and the only user is public.

However, my Windows 7 desktop is not visible from my Windows 10 notebook.
I would like it to be so I can access a logical drive M that I created on the desktop intended for sharing files between users.

The desktop and notebook both connect to the same Private Network and Network Discovery and File Sharing are turned ON.
Under All Networks Public File Sharing is turned ON, Enable 64 bit Encryption is ON and Enable PW is turned OFF.

Is there a specific procedure I can follow in order to do this?
