How do I access Realtek?

So the last time I used Realtek it was in the tray and now it is gone. So I tried putting it back in there and rebooted but that didn't work. I need to access Realtek so I can imrpove the sound quality on my mic. It's installed but clicking on anything does nothing, and I've unstalled it and updated and rebooted.

I've tried clicking on RtkNGUI64.exe and nothing happens.
