Hello, I have an I3 10100F that does not go beyond @3.6Ghz unless I use throttlestop, but it has caused some bugs so I wanted to know how I can natively activate this clock boost because the performance loss is quite noticeable.
The motherboard is a Colorful h510m-t m.2 v20.
I have a decent air cooler, even in stress tests it doesn't go over 60º and in games it's always around 45~50º.
The power supply is a Seasonic S12 III 550W
The video card is a GTX750TI

The part that has Turbo Mode, it is enabled, but it says that it needs to enable EMTT to work, but I can't find EMTT anywhere

Nothing on voltages.

In Advanced, going to CPU Configuration appears this:

What do I do to activate?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I have a decent air cooler
Make and model of the cooler?

Colorful h510m-t m.2 v20
What BIOS version are you currently on for said motherboard?

ThrottleStop is used primarily for laptops and in hopes of undervolting said laptop CPU's to tame the heat and with that throttling. You don't need that for a desktop environment. You might want to read through this thread.

The motherboard that you're working with, is so bad that their own manual has only one page dedicated to BIOS, page #11, in spite of no page numbering on the documents.

Hi, Lutfij!

Make and model of the cooler?
My air cooler is a cooler master hyper h412r.

What BIOS version are you currently on for said motherboard?
H510M-T M.2 V20 BIOS 1006

read through this thread.

I had already read this article. And done the test too. The multiplier is always stuck at 36. Only going beyond that if I activate the Turbo in FIVR, but this causes instability in the computer

but it has caused some bugs
10th Gen CPUs use Speed Shift Technology. When this is enabled in the BIOS, you should see SST in green on the main screen of ThrottleStop. This is how modern Intel CPUs control their speed.

TCC Activation Offset should be set to 0, not 15.

Once Speed Shift is enabled, check the TPL window to see what Speed Shift Min and Max are set to. This is what controls the maximum CPU speed.

Open the ThrottleStop Limit Reasons window to see if any throttling reasons are being reported.

There is no need to disable turbo boost, ever. If your computer is not stable, check to see what the CPU voltage is set to. At default voltage your CPU should be stable. Your problem might be memory related.

Colorful is generally not considered to be a top tier motherboard manufacturer. When you buy a less well known motherboard, bugs in the BIOS are common and fixes might take a while before they are released.

Hi,
Thank you for your help. Thanks to you I had an epiphany and figured out what I should do. Basically, as you said, this motherboard is not top notch. It does not accept manual settings, everything done manually is only visually changed in the BIOS. The solution is to press F9 in the BIOS. An automatic optimization mode is activated that puts the memories and the processor in the best conditions.
