Question How do i add dedicated graphic card to mydell inspiring 5520

I want to add dedicated graphics card to my laptop dell inspiring 5520 with insydeH20 bios but don't know if is possible

It should already have a dedicated graphics card as well as the Intel gpu chip that's integrated in the CPU.
The dedicated one on that laptop model is usually an AMD Radeon.
I could be wrong about your particualr model so look in Device Manager for confirmation (under 'Display Adapters').
