How do I add more ram to my laptop?

Is it possible to add more ram to my laptop which has 4 gb of ram. I want to add more ram because I have lag spikes while playing fortnite. When I open task manager, it says that im using more Physical memory than CPU Usage. I wanted to know if Physical memory usage is ram or not . Im kinda bad at english and this comment has like 2 or 3 questions xD

Physical memory is RAM.

Yes, you can upgrade it, but you'll have to remove the entire back panel of the laptop.
