Question How do I adjust settings for DLSS in GTAV Enhanced Edition?

I'm running GTAV Enhanced Edition on my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 i7 12700h/RTX 4070 laptop. I can't find any settings for DLSS in the graphics settings. I have tried going through the Nvidia App but it says not supported.

How do it enable DLSS 3 on this game?

did you install the latest nvidia RTX4070 mobile driver?
Is the BIOS of your Laptop up to date?
