how do I answer the phone on a phablet

was given a phablet for my birthday inserted my sim and all connected to my carrier but when my phone rings I cannot seem to answer it, I get like a huge radar on my screen flashing with something in the middle and a red and green phone either side of it when I try to press the green phone nothing happens then a screen pops up with these remarks like ring me back later etc, it is a COLORFLY G783 Q1.
Please help
PS Instructions are very limited on how to operate the device

You probably have to slide it from the middle to the green phone to answer it. You can v change the phone menu/theme if you don't like it.
