How do I bind my left/right scroll on mouse in games?

I just got a Razer Mamba Tournament Edition and I'm trying to macro the scroll wheels left/right click in games but it doesn't seem to be recognized when I go to set it in the game. How do I do this?

Same thing with my new keyboard, It has 5 macro buttons on the left side I'd like to bind to abilities in games but it doesn't pick them up.

The game you are using needs to have support for that input. I would try doing it in game with the settings. If not possible, you are out of luck
