How do I boot from Micro sd card

How do I boot my Toshiba Encore WT10-a from micro-sd or micro usb port. I tried to restore unit and now it will not boot or come up with any options. I have win 10 bootable windows 10 micro sd card.

Not all laptops / tablets can boot off SD card. Check the BIOS whether there is such an option.

If the only port you have is micro USB, you'll probably need an OTG USB adapter to get "standard" USB port, where you plug your USB disk.

I was able to resolve the issue doing a hard reboot and go into the windows 10 restore. On the Toshiba tablet it required using the power button and the up volume button. This let me get into the bios to choose another startup option. Thanks for the quick reply.
