How do I boot windows 10 from safe mode into normal mode?

Hello all,

Trying to run updates in safe mode because I cannot run them in normal mode.

Here is my situation, when I was in normal mode I ran msconfig as admin. Then I clicked the boot tab. Then clicked with networking. I did click with networking but it boot without networking. I did not remember my password so I had to reset it. How do I revert back to normal mode because I cannot get into windows 10 from safe mode.

I did not know I could only login with my password and not pin, etc. So it seems like I am locked out.
