Hello, I’m wanting to build a custom pc case with cad molding software for a custom hackitnosh I’m building. The following specs are

Dual socket LGA 2011 V3 Chinese motherboard
256gb of ram ddr4 3200mhz
Dual Intel xeons E5 2687W v3
1300watt power supply EVGA
Dual blue ray drives read and burner
Dual Radeon Vega frontier edition and Gpus water cooled
Custom water loop with hard tubing.

So what software would I use to make the case?

Sketchup is commonly used.

What CAD software are you familiar with?

Me, I'd use Rhino3D. But thats only because I've used it for well over a decade, and have a paid license for it.

As noted above, Sketchup is a good starter tool.

Also, buy or obtain a really cheap case you can use to verify distances and measurements. Particularly the motherboard backplane.

Cheap, because you might be cutting into it at some point.

You can also find or purchase many pre-made 3D models for various computer chassis components. Or you could start from scratch using the ATX spec itself.

It is fairly common to take the motherboard tray and I/O panel out of a case to use in custom builds. Saves a lot of time.
