connect two routers using ethernet cable ? The situation is, in my living room I have a router (technicolor TG582n PRO) On the back is the usual DSL port, four outlets 1 - 4 with a red sticker below port 4?!, the reset button,on/off button and power jack.
I have built a summer house in the back garden which is about 36-40 meters away and I intend to run an Ethernet cable to another router (Sagemcom) in the summer house so I can get a signal / WiFi . Any help would be depreciated. Thank you

You don't want another router.
You want a switch and an access point. And outdoor rated Cat5e cable.

Yes, you can do it with another router, but why. You end up turning off most of the capabilities of that second router. Use devices designed for the task.

ISP -> router -> Cat5e to summer house -> switch -> Access Point
