How do I change CPU voltage?

So I've got a new CPU and it's running hot, people suggested to change Vcore or simply CPU Voltage. In my bios I only see Memory voltage which can't even be changed.
I have Intel dh55tc mobo and have installed the latest update from the intel website.

Solution
It seems from various posts all over the internet that this board does not allow this function. Vcore cannot be changed, unfortunately, even with latest BIOS.

But if your CPU is running hot, there is a better solution than lowering vcore (which could potentially lead to instability). You can clean your CPU cooler, replace thermal paste, or just buy a better 3rd party cooler for it. Improving case airflow could help as well.

Vcore is only really important when overclocking, and you don't seem to want that anyway.
