How do i change operating system

Hi everybody. I've just received my new custom build PC and i told them not to install an operating system but they've gone and installed windows 10 to my ssd drive. I'm just wondering how I can change to windows 7 and get rid of windows 10?

If you have a valid Windows 7 OS and License, then it should be just a matter of formatting the drive Windows 10 is installed on and then installing Windows 7.
