How do I change OS from HDD to SDD

I am going to get the Samsung 840 250GB for my OS and some games and stuff like that and was wondering how would I change the OS from my HDD to my SSD?

You install it just like you install it onto HDD.
BIOS -> Drive Boot Order -> Select your Disc Drive/Flash Dongle as a First Boot Device (If it has OS with an installer on it).
Then insert disc with the OS in your disc drive and reboot, when prompt comes up - select to install OS on SSD and proceed with installation. You can also install from a flash dongle.

You can't just copy your OS from an HDD to SSD, just as you can't copy it from one HDD to another HDD. You'll have to make a fresh install every time.
