[SOLVED] How do i change RX 570 Fan speed without MSI Afterburner?

My gpu gets pretty hot when gaming at max graphics, around 75-80c so im a bit worried.
If i install msi afterburner, i keep getting bsods like after one minute of booting up windows so im looking for an alternative.

MSI afterburner is the only safe way i know.

The only other way i know is to back up the Vbios in GPUz, Modify it in polaris bios editor, then flash it through the command line with AMDVBFLASH win
