Question How do I change the color of these case fans?

I went into my bios to change the colors to white, and when I click apply, nothing happens. I don't know how to change the colors of these case fans.

I am using the Thermaltake J24 RGB case. It has 3 fans in the front that just blink green but I dont know how to change it.

The ones in the front, they came with the case. in my BIOS, there is this thing called RGB controller or something like that but any time I edit or change the colors and apply the changes, nothing changes, they just stay green.
