How do I change the colors on my RGB Asrock motherboard?

I have an Asrock Z370 Fatal1ty Gaming K6 and I want to know how to change the RGB colors, or have them cycle pattern?

Is there a program I have to download? Or is this done through the BIOS?

Also, how do I enable XMP settings?

normally, motherboard RGB is done from BIOS, (including XMP)
Asrock should have a software that let you change RGB from windows

Asrock Website says "When your computer is starting up, press F2 to enter the BIOS setup. You can check the BIOS version in “BIOS version” item under Main menu:"

when the pc starting, on splash screen, there will be 4 text on the bottom, should be BIOS - System Information - Boot Menu - Q-Flash or something like this with their respective keys
