Hi guys,
I recently bought a new PC from scan.co.uk and gave them specific instructions to not overclock my CPU and to leave everything at stock level. How would I check once the computer has been delivered to me that they havn't overclocked or messed with my computer like overclocking the processor, graphics card etc even if they then removed the overclock (if that's possible)...
I also want to know how to check if the parts are new or refurbished, is there any specific way to make sure of this?
The reason to why I want to know this is because as of recently the website has been having very much mixed reviews and they way they sound on the phone compared to overlcockers.co.uk is like they just want to grab all you money so I just want to be sure of them delivering me an honest product and so if they don't I can see that straight away and confront them withing their cheeky 48 hour reporting period.
