How do I Check if my CPU Comes with Thermal Paste?

I was wondering how I would know if the heat-sink and fan comes with thermal paste pre-applied. If anyone can explain this to me or let me know if my current build comes with the paste applied to the heat-sink that would be greatly appreciated. The Intel heatsink and fan comes with thermal paste pre-applied. It looks like three grey stripes on the side where it touches your CPU.

Not sure on the AMD ones, but I imagine it's similar.

Most third party ones will come with a tube, which you have to apply yourself.

Thanks! Now I feel a lot better knowing that thermal paste comes already applied and that I don't have to order some. Dang this site is amazing! I wait a few minutes and I've already got a solution.

To add to Someone Somewhere's post. Yes amd stock coolers come with thermal past already pre applied. Most 3rd party coolers come with it either pre applied or a tube so you can apply some your self. But its always handy I find to have some spare paste to hand if there is ever a chance that one comes without or you need to remove your cpu cooler for an upgrade etc.
